Before Your Visit

Before visiting Troncones Med Spa, please take a minute to familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures.  While we do run a pretty laid-back operation, we want every guest to enjoy their time with us.  We also need to ensure we’re doing what’s best for our business so we appreciate you adhering to these guidelines when visiting us.

Before Your Visit

Please arrive 5-15 minutes early with your paperwork already filled out. Your treatment time will, unfortunately, be cut short unless paperwork is done in advance. We want to stay on time for everyone and allow everyone to receive their entire treatment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice so we have the opportunity to fill in the appointment time.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

If you don’t provide adequate notice to cancel or simply do not show up for your appointment, you will receive a $1,000 invoice from us.  Failure to submit payment will result in you being unable to schedule future appointments.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds will not be provided on services received. If you have a concern about a service you received, please contact us and we’ll work with you to determine a solution. All product sales are final.


Late Arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule. If another client is booked after you, we may need more time to perform your treatment and will need to have you come back later.

Booking Multiple Treatments

If you plan to book injections and skin care, please book your skin care treatments BEFORE injections. Otherwise, we ask you to wait 1 to 2 weeks after injections, depending on the skin care treatments you plan to get.

Promotional Pricing

All promotional pricing must be used by the expiration date and can not combined with any other offers.

Sun Exposure

We offer some services, like Chemical Peels that require you to avoid the sun as part of your post-treatment care. Failure to adhere to this could result in damage to your skin. Troncones Med Spa is not responsible for any damages done to your skin should you go in the sun post-treatment.


Guests

Please do not bring guests and/or children to your appointment. We maintain a tranquil environment and a tight schedule to serve all our guests best.

Illness

Please do not visit the spa if you are sick or have been around someone who is sick.
